Impasse is a five-piece band that just wants to have fun! "Every gig is a milestone when the audience has fun", says bassist Don Smith, echoing the feelings of all the band members.

The Impasse band covers a wide variety of musical styles, from classic rock to blues, R&B to country, funk, disco and more. Group members Pete Hillenberg (lead guitar, vocals) , Don Smith (bass guitar, vocals) , Larry Vesely (keyboards, guitar, vocals) , Jim Rollins (drums, vocals) , Kari Johnson (vocals) and Jan Engle (vocals) bring a wealth of experience to the ensemble.
