Don Smith plays bass, acoustic guitar and is the sound engineer. Since he owns the van and PA, he is also in charge of the equipment and transportation . Started his career on a Sears Silvertone acoustic guitar in the late 60s learning "Louie Louie" and "Gloria", and has evolved through several bands, many guitars, basses, amps, musicians and music eras over the years and is still working on learning "Louie Louie" and "Gloria".

Past bands have included Lead Feather, Shyan Stokes, Tinkers Dam, and Teddy Bob and the Dons. He loves the equipment/technical aspects of a band and loves to have fun playing the music. Lead guitarist Pete and Don are best friends and have played music together on and off since the early 70s. "Playing music is a great release from the rest of the world. When you can have fun, enjoyment and share it with others, it makes it all worthwhile."
